The fixing structure of the solar battery module fixes the solar battery module including a solar battery panel body having a module glass (6) and the frame (1) to be fixed to the solar battery panel body to a support member (42) via the fixing member (2). The frame (1) and the fixing member (2) for the solar battery module are used in the fixing structure. The fixing member (2) can slide on the frame (1), and adjacent frames (1) of two solar battery modules are joined in contact with each other by the fixing member (2). In addition, movement of one of the solar battery modules is regulated in the right-angled direction with respect to the extending direction of the frame (1). The fixing member (2) fixes to the support member (42) under the other solar battery module.
To provide the solar cell module retaining structure, the frame for the solar cell module, and the holding member for the solar cell module, which reduces the number of members relating to the solar cell module retaining structure, standardizes the installation process thereof, and reduces the cost of manufacturing and installing. The solar cell module retaining structure is to fix the solar cell module which comprises the solar cell panel body with the modular glass (6) and the frame (1) to be fixed to the solar panel body to the supporting member (42) via the holding member (2), wherein the frame (1) and the holding member (2) are for the retaining structure of the solar cell module; the holding member (2) can slide relative to the frame (1); the holding member (2) can keep two adjacent frames of two adjacent solar cell modules contacted and restrict one solar cell module from moving in the right angle direction relative to the extending direction of the frame (1); and the holding member (2) is fixed to the supporting member (42) at the lower side of the other solar cell module.

A frame body for a solar cell module, in which a fixation member is slidable and the number of parts of the frame body is reduced, thereby cost of the frame body is reduced. In the frame body (9) for a solar cell module, the fixation member (3) for fixing first frame bodies (1) slides along the first frame bodies (1) and has a joint section (10) and a joint-receiving section (11). The joint section (10) and the joint-receiving section (11) join together the first frame bodies (1) that are placed next to each other with the fixation member (3) in between them. The construction above allows the position of the fixation member (3) to be freely movable relative to the first frame bodies (1). The results that the fixation member (3) can be slid to a position where structural members (32) for supporting a roofing board (31) at predetermined intervals are located and the fixation member can be attached to that position. As a result, the fixation member (3) can be more firmly attached in position and the two adjacent first frame bodies (1) can be fixed by the fixation member (3).
A fixing member (3, 40, 43, 50, 53) which fixes a first frame body (1) of a solar battery module main body (9) slides along the first frame body, and the solar battery module main body includes a connecting portion (10) and a to-be connected portion (11) which connects the first frame bodies which are adjacent to each other through the fixing member. With this, a position of the fixing member can freely be moved with respect to the first frame body, the fixing member is slid to a position where there is a structure member (32) which supports a roofboard at predetermined intervals, and the fixing member is mounted at that position. With this, the fixing member can be mounted more strongly, and the adjacent two first frame bodies (31) can be fixed by the fixing member.
