The present invention pertains to the technical field of biological medicines. The preparation method for the specific killer T cells comprises the following steps: co-culturing CD3 +T cells and target cells, and simultaneously supplementing the co-culture with co-stimulatory activation factor CD28 ligands, wherein T cells with a cell diameter of 9.5-14.5 μm are specifically activated killer T cells and can be obtained and purified by means of flow cytometry sorting. The specifically activated killer T cells avoid various potential risks caused by exogenous nucleic acid introduction required for existing engineered specific killer T cell technologies, such as CAR-T and TCR-T. In addition, obtaining specific killer T cells from blood results in a much larger number of cells than obtaining specific killer T cells from tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes does and is convenient and efficient. The specific killer T cells can play an important role in the field of tumor cell therapy.

The active components comprise manganese oxide and copper oxide.
