The purpose of the present invention is to provide a nursing bed for a disabled person, so that nursing staff, when cleaning excrement for people who are incontinent among disabled people, may avoid the legs of the disabled people and directly clean the buttocks thereof. A method of the present invention is as follows: a bed end separation board that may be separated from a bed board is provided at a position from the bottom edge of the bed board to the longitudinal middle and transverse middle; after the bed end separation board is removed, a gap will appear in the middle of the bed end; at which time, a disabled person is lying on the bed and their buttocks are hanging in the gap; and nursing staff may enter the gap from the middle of the bed end, and move close to the buttocks of the disabled person. The present invention enables the cleaning of excrement of disabled people to be more convenient and sanitary.
