Abrégé

Provided is a dismantling method of a tower-type wind power generation system in which scaffolding is not required around a tower body. After climbing on a work bench set outside an outer wall of a tower body and removing a lower end part of an upward-tapering part in an upper end part of the tower body over the entire periphery of the tower body, the tower body is removed from an uppermost part of a cylindrical part of the tower body below the upward-tapering part to dismantle the tower body from the top. The remaining upward-tapering part of the tower body is supported by a jack provided in an inner column while being lowered, along with the dismantling, into an internal cavity of the cylindrical part of the tower body and is placed on a placement protrusion provided on an inner wall of the tower body.

Abrégé

[Problem] To provide a method for disassembling a tower-type wind power generation facility without the need to build scaffolding around the tower body. [Solution] Working from a workbench 15 installed outside the outer wall of a tower body 1, a lower end portion of an upper tapered part 8 of an upper end part of the tower body 1 is removed along the entire circumference of the tower body. Then, the tower body 1 is disassembled in steps from the top by removing a trunk part 9 of the tower body 1 below the lower end portion in sequence from the topmost portion. As the disassembling progresses, the upper tapered part 8 of the tower body 1 remaining after the removal of the lower end portion is supported by a jack 17 provided on an internal supporting post 16 and is lowered inside an internal cavity 3 of the trunk part 9 of the tower body 1 located lower than the upper tapered part 8, until placed on a placing projection 28 provided on the inner wall of the tower body 1. When the height of the internal supporting post 16 is to be reduced, the internal supporting post 16 is suspended from the remaining upper tapered part 8, a lower end portion of the internal supporting post 16 is removed, and then the internal supporting post 16 is lowered onto the ground inside the tower. Abrégé

To provide a method for toppling a tower building more safely, simply, and quickly than is conventionally possible. A method for toppling a tower building 10 secured to and supported on a base 20, wherein the method has: a base division step for cutting the base 20 substantially in the horizontal direction and dividing the base 20 into an upper base 22 and a lower base 26; an upper base dividing step for cutting the upper base 22 in the vertical direction from above to a substantially horizontal surface 20a and dividing the upper base 22 into a support base portion 23 and a separate base portion 24; a removing step for removing the separate base portion 24; and a toppling step for toppling the tower building 10 together with the support base portion 23 such that the lower edge of a vertical cut surface 22a of the support base portion 23 serves as a tumble axis 23a, the tumble axis 23a being positioned closer to the toppling-direction side of the tower building than is the center of gravity C. Thus, because the tumble axis 23a of a solid base serves directly as a tumble fulcrum, there is no risk of the base being destroyed even by the concentration of buckling load, and it is possible to topple the tower building in an intended direction.

Abrégé

A demolishing method utilizes an aggregate stack demolishing scaffold apparatus mounted to an upper part of an aggregate stack including four smoke funnels arranged adjacent to each other. An uneven scaffold including one plate-shaped upper scaffold portion is placed on an upper end of each smoke funnel. A lower scaffold portion is coupled to the upper scaffold portion and located in lower positions in the smoke funnels with the upper scaffold portion being placed on the upper ends of the smoke funnels. A chain block suspends and supports the uneven scaffold from and on an inner wall of each smoke funnel, and adjusts a suspending height. With this configuration, the upper scaffold portion is located on the upper ends of the smoke funnels, and thus there is no possibility of contact between the scaffolds in the smoke funnels causing a worker to lose his balance, thereby improving safety.

Abrégé

The purpose of the present invention is to provide scaffolding equipment for smokestack dismantling and a dismantling method using the equipment capable of easily dismantling even aggregate smokestacks at a low cost while maintaining safety. Scaffolding equipment for smokestack dismantling (10), that is mounted to the top of an aggregate smokestack (13) for which four chimneys (132) are disposed mutually adjacent, comprises: an uneven scaffold having an upper scaffold portion (14) that is a single plate capable of being mounted on the upper end of the chimneys (132) and lower scaffold portions (18) each coupled to the upper scaffold portion (14) and, with the upper scaffold portion (14) mounted as described above, located at a lower position in the chimneys (132); and chain blocks (28) that suspend and support the uneven scaffold inside of the wall of the chimneys (132) and for which the suspension height is adjustable. With this configuration, because the scaffold at the top end of the chimneys (132) is the single-plate upper scaffold portion (14), there is no danger of the lower scaffold portion in each chimney moving vertically due to contact between scaffolds nor of workers losing their balance, and work safety is improved.
