[Solution] A solar power generation panel washing device composed of a mobile frame and a cleaning body installed in the mobile frame, wherein the mobile frame is installed to be movable in a horizontal direction along a solar power generation panel, and the cleaning body has a configuration composed of a plurality of cylindrical rotary washing brushes, a plurality of wheels for movement which perform axial rotation in the horizontal direction, a driving device which supplies rotation power to the wheels for movement and the rotary washing brushes, and a power transmission means which transmits the rotation power of the driving device to the rotary washing brushes and the wheels for movement.
