The grease supply system of the present invention comprises: a grease pump for supplying grease; a driving means for driving the grease pump; a supply pipe in communication with the grease pump for supplying grease; a check valve installed in the supply pipe to prevent the grease from flowing back toward the grease pump; a main supply pipe, an auxiliary supply pipe and a manual supply pipe branched from an end of the supply pipe; a return pipe in communication with the supply pipe for returning the grease to the grease pump; a relief valve arranged to open when the pressure of the return pipe is higher than a preset pressure level; and a control unit for controlling the driving means in different modes for each of the main supply pipe, the auxiliary supply pipe and the manual supply pipe branched from the supply pipe to supply grease.
