A preparation method for silver nanowires, comprising: dissolving a dispersant in a tribasic alcohol to get a viscous clear solution, dissolving the silver nitrate in a tribasic alcohol to get a clear solution; then, adding the silver nitrate solution to the dispersant solution for uniform mixing, finally, transferring the mixed solution into a reaction kettle, putting the reaction kettle into an oven with a set temperature (170~200℃), and ending the reaction after a period of time. The mother solution of silver nanowires is diluted with alcohol and then centrifuged to separate organics, the silver nanowires with a uniform aspect ratio and nodes are obtained. The preparation method for silver nanowires is simple and easy to operate, and can improve the silver nanowires yield and uniformity.

UNIFORM ASPECT RATIO SILVER NANOWIRES PREPARATION METHOD
A preparation method for silver nanowires with a uniform aspect ratio, comprising: dissolving at a certain temperature silver nitrate in glycerol to get a solution A; dissolving at a certain temperature polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) in glycerol to get a solution B; mixing uniformly the solution A and the solution B to form a solution C; then, adding a certain amount of a medium into the solution C and mixing uniformly to form a solution D, finally, transferring the solution D into a reaction kettle, putting the reaction kettle into an oven with a set temperature, and ending the reaction after a certain time of reaction. The reactants are centrifuged twice to obtain precipitated silver nanowires. With the addition of the medium, the method can improve the moving speed of ions in a reaction solution, and obtain the silver nanowires with a uniform aspect ratio and nodes. The preparation method is simple and easy to operate, experimentally stable, and suitable for industrial production.

NOVEL PHOSPHODIESTERASE TYPE-5 INHIBITOR AND APPLICATION THEREOF
Disclosed are a compound represented by general formula (I) as a phosphodiesterase type-5 inhibitor or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and use thereof in treating and/or preventing diseases or disease states related to the phosphodiesterase type-5 in mammals.
The present invention relates to bismuth-titanium oxide composite nanowires used for photocatalysis, and a preparation method, belonging to the field of inorganic nanomaterials. The preparation of the bismuth-titanium oxide composite nanowires is: polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and bismuth nitrate are added to N-N dimethylformamide (DMF), tetrabutyl titanate and acetylacetone are added after magnetic stirring has been performed for a period of time, continual stirring is performed for more than six hours, and a transparent, stable solution is obtained. Electrospinning is performed on the solution in an electrospinning generation device under certain conditions, and obtained electrospinning precursor nanofibres are air-fired in a muffle furnace to remove organic matter. After being cooled to room temperature, the electrospinning precursor nanofibres are placed in a tube furnace to be reduced and sintered in a hydrogen atmosphere. The method is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, the conditions are easy to control, costs are low, and large-scale industrial production is easy. The obtained bismuth-titanium oxide nanowires exhibit good degradation activity on methyl orange under illumination, the methyl orange degradation rate reaching more than 95% in a reaction lasting for 20 minutes. The obtained bismuth-titanium oxide nanowires have wide application prospects in relation to sewage treatment.
