The present invention relates to a tooth cleaning device having an internal fluid conduit (58) formed therein, comprising: a main body (10) having a tube (T1) therein, the tube (T1) capable of being selectively connected with a drive unit (100); and a cleaning body (50) that is assembled to one side of the main body (10) and has the internal fluid conduit (58) formed therein, the internal fluid conduit capable of being connected with the tube (T1), and at least one nozzle (65) that is formed at one end of the internal fluid conduit (58) so as to be open. When the main body (10) and the cleaning body (50) are assembled, the tube (T1) is connected, at one end thereof, to the one end of the internal fluid conduit (58) to form a single continuous fluid conduit, and a cleaning solution can be discharged, or fluid can be suctioned and discharged to the outside, through the single continuous fluid conduit. In the present invention, the main body (10) and the cleaning body (50) that constitute the tooth cleaning device can be assembled and disassembled so that it is possible to repair, replace, or clean some components, such as the tube (T1), the internal fluid conduit (58), etc., through the disassembly.
