The device includes: first and second nozzles oppositely disposed so as to inject jets of a highly pressurized fluid into a body protective ring; the injection directions of the first and second nozzles are determined so as to intersect with an angle at one point located in front of the nozzle orifices thereof. Further, the jets from the first and second nozzles are caused to collide with each other to thereby effect homogenization of the fluid by impact-fragmentation. Yet further, one of the first and second nozzles is provided with a turning mechanism for enabling the nozzle to turn around the fixed injection direction as the axis of the turn while keeping the injection direction unchanged.
[Problem] To provide, at a low cost: a nanocomposite which has high strength, high elasticity, and high impact-resistance and is substantially composed of two components of cellulose nanofiber and a resin, without using a chemical modification or a dispersant; and a method for producing a nanocomposite. [Solution] A nanocomposite according to the present invention has therein a three-dimensional regular connection structure which is composed of a natural nano-polymer. Since this three-dimensional regular connection structure acts equivalently as a plant cell wall in the nanocomposite, a CNF, which is an elastic body, receives force accompanied by deformation, and furthermore the CNF acting as a scaffold to promote crystallization of a counterpart resin. Thus, the present invention can exhibit an effective reinforcing effect by adding a very small amount of a CNF in comparison with a composite resin in which CNFs are randomly mixed and which can be obtained through typical methods.

[Problem] To provide a CNF molding device with which a CNF molded body having a 3-dimensional shape can be obtained. [Solution] In a state in which a mold cavity 4 is formed by a bottom plate 3 and a body portion 2, cellulose nanofiber (CNF) is loaded into the mold cavity 4 from a nozzle 6 mounted to an upper plate 2b. At around the same time, heating of a mold portion 2a is started. In a state in which a certain amount or more of CNF has been accumulated in the mold cavity 4, the upper plate 2b is pressurized in the direction of the bottom plate 3, whereby the entire body portion 2 being supported in a movable state moves in the direction of the bottom plate 3, the bottom plate 3 is fitted into the mold portion 2a, and the volume of the mold cavity 4 decreases. In the process, the CNF in the heated mold portion 2a contracts while externally discharging vapor via the upper plate 2b, which comprises a porous body, and is molded into a predetermined shape due to the shape of the mold cavity 4, producing a required molded body 9.

[Problem] To provide a counter collision processing device that can increase efficiency for carrying out minute particle formation by collision of fluids with each other and realistically be implemented simply on an industrial production line. [Solution] The spray from each nozzle tip 9a, 9b is tested, screws 17 of nozzle caps 15 loosened, a nozzle holder 8b rotated, and the nozzle tip 9b rotated in a state in which spray direction Y is made constant and invariant and made the center of rotation. As a result, crossing point Z, which always has an angle in the vicinity of cylinder center axis A of a cylindrically shaped main body protection ring 3, is present, and when that point Z is first found, rotation of the nozzle holder 8b is stopped.

CNF MOLDING METHOD, AND CNF MOLDING OBTAINED THROUGH SAID MOLDING METHOD
[Problem] To provide a cellulose nano-fiber (CNF) molding method with which it is possible to highly productively obtain a three-dimensionally shaped CNF molding, and a CNF molding obtained through said molding method. [Solution] A porous medium 1 and a rectangular stainless steel frame 2 are arranged in an overlapping manner to form a molding box 3. CNF 4 is placed in the molding box 3, and the porous medium 1 is arranged thereon. At this time, wrapping the CNF 4 using a nylon mesh 5 makes it possible to prevent leakage from a clearance between the molding box 3 and the porous medium 1, and to prevent the porous medium 1 from clogging up. The porous medium 1 is heated at both the top and bottom thereof, and is hot-pressed for a discretionary time while a load is applied thereto. This makes it possible to obtain a desired molding 6.

APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING NANO-PULVERIZED PRODUCT AND PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING NANO-PULVERIZED PRODUCT
[Problem] To provide: an apparatus which is for use in manufacturing a nano-pulverized product and which can yield a nano-pulverized product with high productivity while minimizing the fibrillation-associated lowering in the degree of polymerization; and a process for manufacturing a nano -pulverized product. [Solution] A polysaccharide slurry is circulated in a polysaccharide slurry supply line (3) through a chamber (2). In particular, a polysaccharide slurry in a tank (7) is circulated using a pump (8) in a circuit (9) formed by a vinyl hose, a rubber hose or the like. On the other hand, a non-polysaccharide slurry is circulated in a second liquid medium supply line (4) through the chamber (2). In particular, a non-polysaccharide slurry in a tank (10) is circulated using a pump (11) in a circuit through a heat exchanger (12) and a plunger (13). Thus, the non-polysaccharide slurry, which is circulated in the second liquid medium supply line (4), is jetted through an orifice against the polysaccharide slurry, which is circulated in the polysaccharide slurry supply line (3) and passes through the chamber (2).
