The photon-sensitive ink layer is machined using a low power laser, such that some photon active material in the photon-sensitive ink layer changes in appearance and then forms a greyscale identifier, the surface of the greyscale identifier being smooth and having a greyscale difference from the surrounding area. In the process of manufacturing the identifier, since only a very low power laser is used to change the appearance of a photon active component in the photon-sensitive ink layer, without burning, etching or loosening the photon-sensitive ink, a packaging container made of this packaging material has a smooth aesthetic appearance and plays a very environmentally friendly role.
