A foot switch control comprising a housing, a pivoting member arranged on the housing such that the pivoting member can pivot relative to the housing about a pivot axis is provided, in which both a pair of electrical activation switches and pair of electrical safety switches are arranged inside the housing. Under normal operation only the electrical activation switches will be operated when the pivoting member is pivoted. Should however a squeezing occur, the pivoting member can be pivoted further such that a spring must be compressed before the electrical safety switches are activated. Hereby the squeezing of a person or an object can be stopped.

USER INTERFACE FOR AN ADJUSTABLE ARTICLE OF FURNITURE
A user interface for adjusting an adjustable article of furniture comprises a housing firmly fastened to a movable part of the article of furniture, a printed circuit board (26) arranged in the housing and comprising a first section and a second section, at least one mechanically operated switch (27, 28) mounted on the first section, and an electronic sensor device (37) for detecting mechan- ical movement and mounted on the second section, which is firmly fastened to the housing. The printed circuit board (26) is provided with at least one cut-out (42, 53) arranged between the first and second section and defining a contin- uous mechanical path (54) through the circuit board from the switch (27, 28) to the electronic sensor device (37), and the first section of the circuit board is connected mechanically to the housing through the continuous mechanical path and the second section of the circuit board.

The present invention relates to a frame for a sit-stand-table having a fastening mechanism for assembling a height-adjustable lifting column with a foot. The lifting columns comprises at least two telescopically arranged profiles. Two bolts and two activation pins are attached to the lower end of a profile of the lifting column. The fastening mechanism is arranged inside the foot and configured to engage with the bolts and activation pins through holes in an upper part of the foot. When activated by the activation pins, the fastening mechanism engages the bolts and pulls the lower end of the profile into a forced engagement with the upper side of the foot. This forced engagement is so tight that the lifting column is immovably assembled with the foot.

The present invention relates to a lifting column comprising at least two telescopically arranged members and a drive unit located in the hollow hereof. The drive unit comprises an electric motor, a transmission and a spindle unit with a number of spindles and at least one spindle nut. The electric motor drives the spindle unit via the transmission.
