The described solution improves on one hand the availability and on the other hand the spectral efficiency of broadcasting and multicast services in various radio networks such as satellite TV, terrestrial TV network, mobile networks and wifi multicast networks. It makes it possible to increase the availability of the most preferred services during very bad weather conditions, when the reception of all services would be lost, and on the other hand to increase the quality and number of services in good weather with low signal attenuation.
