The wiper arm is detachably connected to the body; and a locking cap pivotally coupled to a front of the body, wherein the body has, a blade coupling shaft rotatably coupled to the wiper blade; a pair of locking cap coupling shafts rotatably coupled to the locking cap; and a first arm coupling groove recessed in an outer side surface of the body. A portion of the first arm coupling groove is positioned between the blade coupling shaft and the locking cap coupling shaft.
A wiper blade includes: a contact member having a relatively high length-to-width ratio and sliding along a surface of a contact target while maintaining direct contact with the surface; and a cover member provided across the contact member from the contact target. The cover member includes a connecting portion connected to the contact member and an exposed portion provided on top of the connecting portion. Disclosed herein is a wiper blade assembly including: a contact member; an elastic member for supporting the contact member; a cover member for covering the elastic member; and a coupling cover to be fastened to the elastic member. The cover member includes: a spoiler; an extended plate extended from one end of the spoiler; a first coupling protrusion located in a first predetermined position of the extended plate; and a first coupling hole located in a second predetermined position of the extended plate adjacent to the first coupling protrusion. The coupling cover includes: a second coupling hole located in an inner space thereunder and receiving the first coupling protrusion of the cover member; and a second coupling protrusion located adjacent to the second coupling hole and inserted into the first coupling hole of the cover member. According to the inventive concept, the distribution of the pressing pressure applied to the elastic member is controlled, and the contact force with which the contact member is pressed against the windshield of a vehicle is controlled by controlling the distribution of the pressing pressure of the elastic member, and, this improves the ability of the contact member to follow the windshield of the vehicle, thereby improving wiping characteristics of the wiper blade assembly.

Disclosed herein is a wiper blade assembly, including: an adaptor; and a cap member connected to a predetermined region of a front of the adaptor to rotate, wherein the cap member includes one or more hollows, the adaptor includes one or more pressing plates, and the cap member is rotated relative to the one or more pressing plates in a state where the one or more pressing plates are inserted in the one or more hollows. The present invention relates to a wiper blade assembly which comprises: a closely adhering member; an elastic member for supporting the closely adhering member; a rubber rail fastened to the closely adhering member; and a spoiler for covering the elastic member and comprising a rubber rail securing part for securing the rubber rail, wherein the rubber rail securing part is formed integrally with the spoiler and wherein the rubber rail securing part and the rubber rail are formed of plastic material. Since the rubber rail securing part and the rubber rail are formed of plastic material, the friction coefficient of the closely adhering surface (or the contact surface) therebetween is reduced such that the rubber rail may easily move from the rubber rail securing part.
Disclosed is a vehicle wiper device, comprising: a blade assembly which includes at its lower side a blade and a body spring and to which a clamp mounting plate is coupled wherein at the clamp mounting plate, there is formed at least hooking protrusion in both directions at the intermediate portion of the blade; and an adapter which is detachably coupled to the clamp mounting plate of the blade assembly, wherein the adapter comprises a fixing hook at one side of a rear portion of the lower side, and a support shoulder at a front portion of the lower side, by means of which the adapter is detachably secured to the clamp mounting plate by means of an upper and lower portion pressing way.
The present invention relates to a wiper blade assembly comprising: a contact member; an elastic member supporting the contact member; a cover member covering the elastic member; a coupling cover covering the elastic member and including an accommodating portion; and an adaptor detachably accommodated in the accommodating portion. The coupling cover includes a first fastening portion disposed on one side of the accommodating portion, and the adaptor includes a second fastening portion disposed on one side thereof. The second fastening portion includes a pressing structure and a fastening structure spaced a predetermined distance apart from the pressing structure, and the first fastening portion is fastened to the fastening structure. The configuration for fastening the coupling cover and the adaptor and the configuration for separating the coupling cover and the adaptor are separately constituted, thereby allowing easy separation of the adaptor from the coupling cover.
A wiper device for removing foreign substances that are stuck on a windshield in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention includes: a contact member configured for wiping out the foreign substances; a support member made of an elastic material and configured for elastically supporting the contact member in such a way that the contact member is in close contact with the windshield; a yoke configured for supporting the support member; a center cover configured for covering the yoke and having a wiper arm connected thereto; and an extension cover having one end thereof hinge-coupled to the center cover and the other end thereof extended in a lengthwise direction of the support member. The yoke can be hinge-coupled with the center cover or the extension cover and can have a hinge-axle thereof arranged in a same line as a hinge-axle connecting the center cover with the extension cover.
Provided is a wiper blade assembly including: a primary lever including a spoiler portion; and a secondary lever disposed on a side of the primary lever and hinge-coupled to the spoiler portion of the primary lever, wherein support portions are disposed on an inner surface of the spoiler portion of the primary lever and prevent the movement of the secondary lever. The present invention relates to a vehicle wiper device, and more specifically, a vehicle wiper in which a fixing hook is provided on one rear side of the bottom portion of an adapter, and a support step is provided on the front side of the bottom portion such that the coupling between the adapter and a clamp holding plate, which is upper and lower compression-type coupling using the fixing hook, is improved over the sliding-type coupling of the prior art. Therefore, coupling between the adapter and the clamp holding plate is facilitated such that a consumer can more easily and conveniently attach or detach the adapter.

The wiper device for removing foreign substances attached to a window includes: a contacting member for washing the foreign substances; a support member elastically supporting the contacting member so that the contacting member closely contacts the window; a yoke supporting the support member; a central cover covering the yoke and connected to a wiper arm; and an extension cover having one end hinge-coupled to the central cover and the other end extending in a length direction of the support member. The yoke is hinge-coupled to the central cover or the extension cover. A hinge shaft of the yoke is disposed on a straight line with respect to a hinge shaft connecting the central cover to the extension cover. The wiper device may transmit a pushing pressure using the minimal number of links to minimize a loss of a force.
A windshield wiper device having a frame; a first lever, provided in a pair, each being hinge-coupled to either end of the frame and including an inside arm extending toward a hinge and an outside arm extending away from the hinge. A pair of second levers, are provided, each being hinge-coupled to an end portion of the outside arm of the first lever. A contact member, forms a blade in close contact with the windshield to wipe out the foreign substances and is supported by an end portion of the inside arm of the first lever and both end portions of the second lever; and a cover member. The cover member covers the frame, the first lever and the second lever.
Provided are a spoiler for an automobile wiper, and a wiper having same. The spoiler supports a blade used for the automobile wiper. The spoiler includes: i) a first inclined surface extending in one direction; ii) a second inclined surface extending in one direction and connected to the first inclined surface, the second inclined surface supporting the first inclined surface; and iii) a fixed surface connecting the first and second inclined surfaces to each other, wherein the fixed surface extends in one direction. The first inclination surface may have an area which is varied in proportion to the intensity of wind pressure applied to the first inclined surface.
The wiper device for removing foreign substances that are stuck on a windshield can include: a lever assembly, having a plurality of levers in a tournament type coupled thereto; a contact member, being supported by the lever assembly and formed in the shape of a blade in close contact with the windshield so as to wipe out the foreign substances; and a cover member, provided in a plurality, each being coupled to the lever connecting a corresponding joint of the lever assembly. Accordingly, the parts of the lever assembly having the multi joint structure are effectively covered by the plurality of cover members, allowing for a simple appearance, and since each cover member is coupled with a corresponding lever and moves with the corresponding lever in an integrated manner, it becomes possible to prevent the levers from being exposed to an outside even while the wiper device is activated.
An exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes a wiper blade assembly structure which has a space unit formed in a certain area of a support frame, to which a main arm of the wiper is coupled, and allows a replaceable adaptor to be detachably attached to the space unit to thereby enable various types of main arms to be coupled to a single support frame together with the replaceable adaptor.

A multi-adapter for a vehicle wiper, having a joining portion coupled to a wiper blade with a pair of side plates protruding from the joining portion such that the side plates are parallel to each other. The side plates have a plurality of pin coupling portions formed at the pair of side plates, and to which wiper arm with pins of different sizes are selectively coupled. A plurality of protrusions are formed, on at least one of the pair of the side plates so as to maintain a gap between the wiper arm and the pair of side plates.

The present invention relates to a wiper device. A wiper device for removing foreign substances from a windshield comprises: a lever assembly in which a plurality of levers is assembled into a tournament-tree structure; a tight contact member which is supported at the lever assembly, and which has a blade shape and tightly contacts a windshield to wipe foreign substances from the windshield; and a cover assembly consisting of a plurality of cover members coupled to the respective levers which interconnect the joints of the lever assembly. Each part of the lever assembly, which has a multi-joint structure, is effectively covered by the plurality of cover members, thereby simplifying the outer appearance of the wiper device. The cover members are coupled to the respective levers, and move together with the levers, thereby preventing the levers from being exposed outwardly during operation.
Disclosed is a wiper apparatus. The wiper apparatus, for removing foreign substances attached to a window, comprises: a frame; a pair of first levers, each of which is hingedly coupled to either end of the frame and includes an inner arm extending from a hinge to the inside of the frame, and an outer arm extending from the hinge to the outside of the frame; a pair of second levers which are hingedly coupled to the outer arms of the first levers, respectively; a contacting member formed in the shape of a blade so as to contact a window and remove foreign substances therefrom, and supported by the ends of the inner arm of each of the first levers and by either end of each of the second levers; and a cover member covering the frame, first levers, and second levers. In order to lower the cover member, the wiper apparatus is characterized in that the inner arm of the first lever is formed so as to be shorter than the outer arm. As the wiper apparatus has a small overall profile, the cover member may be mounted thereon, giving the wiper apparatus a simple external appearance, and uniformly supporting the contacting member along the entirety thereof, to thus attract consumer loyalty.
The present invention relates to a multi-adaptor for a vehicle wiper, which interconnects an arm and a blade for wiping window glass, wherein both side walls of the arm have stopper pieces and a free end, wherein a selective hook protrudes from the free end. The multi-adaptor for a vehicle wiper comprises: a main body; a coupling portion formed at one end of the main body so as to enable the free end of the arm to be coupled thereto; and support portions formed at both side walls of the other end of the main body to support the stopper pieces of the arm. Accordingly, the multi-adaptor of the present invention significantly increases arm-coupling force as compared to conventional adaptors, and thus preemptively prevents the arm from being separated from the adaptor.
The present invention relates to a multi-adapter for a vehicle wiper, comprising: a joining portion coupled to a wiper blade; a pair of side plates protruding from the joining portion such that the side plates are parallel to each other, wherein each of the side plates has: an inside with a hinge shaft; a plurality of pin coupling portions formed at the pair of side plates, and to which an arm with pins of different sizes are selectively coupled; and a plurality of protrusions formed on at least one of the pair of the side plates so as to maintain a gap between the arm and the pair of side plates. The multi-adapter for a vehicle wiper according to the present invention has an adapter body with said plurality of pin coupling portions and said plurality of protrusions, thus enabling conventional side pin type arms, which require an additional auxiliary member for connection, to be coupled to the adapter without using an auxiliary member. Thus, the multi-adapter of the present invention itself enables the arm to be coupled thereto, thereby improving user convenience and reducing manufacturing costs, and the multi-adapter of the present invention can be used for various types of arms.
A wiper device for vehicles is disclosed. The wiper device (1) for vehicles according to the present invention provides compatible standardized parts, such that the wiper device can be applied to various kinds of drive arms having different shapes and sizes. Therefore, the degree of freedom in design for the standardization of products can be increased, thus markedly reducing the production costs.
