The method serves for producing flexible packaging products, more particularly packaging bags, the packaging products being formed by welding together two film layers. In order to avoid imprecisions in the sequence of process steps, film sections (4) formed of film layers are separated from a film web (7a; 7b) and transferred to a transport device (1) where they are positively fixed at least at one edge by means of a fixing device (3). Then the film sections (4) are transported by means of the transport device (1) in a transport direction (5) to at least one welding station (12) while maintaining the positive fit, the film layers are welded together in the latter, and the film sections (4) are subsequently further transported while maintaining the positive fit.

METHOD FOR PRODUCING A FLEXIBLE CONTAINER HAVING A CLOSURE DEVICE
A weld-in part (1) is positioned between two film layers (12, 13) in the edge area of the latter and brought between a two-part tool (14, 15) whose tool parts (14, 15) are capable of being moved from an open position to a closed position substantially perpendicularly to the film layers (12, 13). The weld-in part (1) has a sealing region that is conical in longitudinal section, and the cross-sectional shape and the cone angle of the interior space of the closed tool (14, 15) correspond to the cross-sectional shape and the cone angle of the sealing region. After closing the tool (14, 15), the weld-in part (1) is moved parallel to the parting plane of the tool (14, 15) and brought into contact with the tool via the intermediate film layers (12, 13). In this manner, an accurate fit and a gapless enclosure of the parts that are to be connected (14, 15) is achieved in the tool independently of the dimensional tolerances of the weld-in part and of the film layers (12, 13).
The container closure (1) consists of a spout (2) intended to be connected to a container and of a cap (3) that closes the spout. The latter is provided with two wings (6). From a sealing closed position, the cap (3) is movable by a twisting movement of less than 180 degrees to a released position in which it can be withdrawn from the spout (2). Stop means arranged on the spout (2) and on the cap (3) define the closed position. In addition, a locking member (11) may be provided in the cap (3) which only allows opening the latter after the rupture of a predetermined breaking point (18).
