The present invention relates to a pretreatment method for lithium secondary battery recycling, comprising the steps of: physically discharging waste lithium secondary battery packs, and then dismantling same and cutting terminals so as to manufacture waste lithium secondary battery cells, thereby separating out cell terminals and plastics; punching the waste lithium secondary battery cells; putting same into a closed nitrogen shredder and shredding same, and then injecting the shredded products generated thereby into a closed drying furnace so as to heat same while injecting nitrogen, thereby evaporating and drying organic materials so that the evaporated organic materials are recovered; cooling, to room temperature, the dried shredded products; and pulverizing and sorting the dried shredded products. The pretreatment method for a lithium secondary battery recycling injects nitrogen into the closed drying furnace, maintains the temperature inside a closed tube to be constant, and then applies heat to the shredded products so as to effectively evaporate and recover organic materials of the waste batteries, thereby controlling impurities of the waste batteries.

A battery thermal treatment apparatus including, a thermal treatment part, in which a battery is transferred and thermally treated through a closed tube; and a gas handling part, which cools and performs dust collection of gas generated in the thermal treatment part, and,
a method for battery thermal treatment and performing dust collection of thermal treatment gas, including, cooling and performing dust collection of gas generated during thermal treatment of a battery, which is transferred and in one direction through a closed tube, thermally treated at a temperature ranging from 400° C. to 1000° C., and discharged.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for preparing a solid lithium salt from a lithium solution including the steps of, preparing a mixture in which a phosphorus-containing material is added to a lithium solution in step 1; adding a basic solution to the prepared mixture to adjust the pH in step 2; making the pH-adjusted mixture react by raising its temperature and filtering to recover lithium phosphate in step 3; preparing an acid lithium solution in which distilled water and acid are added to the recovered lithium phosphate, in step 4; and recovering a solid lithium salt by evaporative concentration of the acid lithium solution, in step 5.
