METAL SHEET FOR A FACADE, METHOD OF FINISHING THE METAL SHEET FOR A FACADE AND DEVICE FOR IMPLEMENTING SAID METHOD
The finished metal sheet (40) for a facade has a first face intended to be visible once the sheet is mounted on the facade and a second face opposite the first face. On the second face, the sheet has areas (43, 44, 45) of local extension by projection of particles at different projection distances, with different projection angles, for different particle projection durations and/or with different particle projection intensities, forming irregular diffuse contours on the surface thereof. In some embodiments, the metal sheet has at least one point of inflection (49A, 49B, 49C, 49D) on a line of a plane intersecting the sheet between two selected areas. In some embodiments, the metal sheet has at least two points of inflection on at least two lines of two intersecting planes, for each sheet between two selected areas, said lines crossing on the sheet.
The protection kit comprises at least one post comprising at least one side opening, at least one rail, and at least one sleeve comprising at least one deformable tab. The sleeve is operable to receive a rail within its interior and to enter a side opening with deformation of at least one tab. Preferably, at least one opening is fitted with a tooth and the tab is deformable elastically and comprises an opening to receive the tooth. The insertion of a sleeve into the opening of the post causes the tab to deform until the tooth is located in the opening of the tab and the insertion of the rail into the interior of the sleeve restrains the tab.
