The first limiting plate (17) is located at the end close to the first driving member (15), and the second limiting plate (18) is located at the end close to the second driving member (16); moreover, the first limiting plate (17) and the first driving member (15) are fixed in the axial direction and are relatively movable in a circumferential direction, and the second limiting plate (18) and the second driving member (16) are fixed in the axial direction and are relatively movable in the circumferential direction.
