A process for improving the storage quality of rice by means of the combined action of steam and microwaves. The process sequentially comprises a steam treatment, a microwave treatment and a tempering treatment. A low-field nuclear magnetic resonance technique is used to detect changes in the moisture phase state of rice at different stages, wherein peak T21 is a bound water peak, and peak T23 is a free water peak. Compared with untreated raw rice, the moisture distribution of the rice which has been subjected to the steam treatment is that the rightward migration rates of peaks T21 and T23 are 1-2%, and the moisture content of the rice is increased by 0.5-2.0%; and peaks T21 and T23 of the rice which has been subjected to the microwave treatment migrate leftwards and restore to the original positions, and the moisture content of the rice is reduced by 0.2-1.2% compared with that of the raw rice. The process can ensure that while the broken rice rate of the treated rice remains stable, the taste of the treated rice is effectively improved, the deterioration of the rice within a storage period is reduced, and insect pests, mildewing, etc., during the storage of the rice are reduced.

The purity of the monascus polysaccharide in the product prepared by the present invention reaches 95.23±3.66%, and the product has good economic value.

The aerogel is preheated and cured in a muffle furnace, then subjected to a high-temperature thermal decomposition treatment in a tube furnace to obtain a nano-carrier material having a high-strength network structure. The preparation method is simple and convenient, low in cost, environmentally friendly and green. The obtained carrier material has a good water resistance and a high mechanical property, and can carry more active substances.
