BACTERIAL COMPOSITION FOR TREATING BLOOD-CONTAINING FATTY EFFLUENTS
The present invention relates to a bacterial composition for treating blood-containing fatty effluents, comprising: a first mixture including i) at least one bacterial strain having lipolytic activity, ii) at least one bacterial strain having haemolytic activity, and iii) at least one bacterial strain having nitrifying activity; and a second mixture including at least one bacterial strain having denitrifiying activity. The invention also relates to a method for treating effluents that implements said composition. The invention can be used in the treatment of industrial effluents charged with organic fatty materials of animal origin and blood, in particular effluents from the food and agri-food industries.
