The aerial image data processing method specifically comprises: acquiring all aerial photography images captured by an unmanned aerial vehicle in an aerial photography area, and sequentially carrying out filter processing on each aerial photography image; constructing a high-precision calibration field, according to the high-precision calibration field, determining a distortion correction parameter of a camera to be calibrated loaded on the unmanned aerial vehicle, and carrying out lens distortion correction on each filtered aerial photography image; and carrying out aerial triangulation, acquiring an exterior orientation element of each aerial photography image according to an aerial triangulation result, according to the exterior orientation element of the image, determining an orthographic image corresponding to each aerial photography image, and stitching an orthographic image of the aerial photography area by means of an image stitching algorithm according to the orthographic mage corresponding to each aerial photography image. The aerial photography image of the unmanned aerial vehicle is processed by means of the filtering, the lens distortion correction, the aerial triangulation, and the image stitching, so that the aerial photography image can meet aerial photography measurement requirements.
