An easily transportable foldable vertical blind rail device according to the present invention comprises: a divisible headrail which has an open lower portion, is provided to extend in the left and right directions, is divisible at regular intervals, has a carrier movement space, in which blind carriers are slidably moved, at the lower portion thereof in a cross section, and has a slim upper through space at the upper portion thereof in a cross section; a joint binding bracket installed through the upper through space to fix and connect adjacent divisible headrails to each other; and a bendable folding-type tilting rod which guides the sliding movement of the blind carriers, enables rotational opening and closing of vertical curtain blinds, and maintains a connected state while being bent by means of a flexible material when the divisible headrail is separated. Accordingly, the rail device can be easily folded and transported even when the length of the rail device is long, and construction can be simplified and construction costs can be reduced.
