The invention relates to a device (1) for hanging a collared garment, such as a hanger, including a support (5) intended for being inserted into said garment in order to hold said garment, on either side of said collar, as well as a hook (6) secured to said support. According to the invention, the support (5) has a body (7) and two folding ends (8, 9), said body (7) ending in said two folding ends, the device having a means for retracting said hook into the body of the support, as well as a means for extending said folding ends such as to extend the body when a pulling force is applied to the hook, in order for the device to change from a first, more compact planar position, in which said folding ends are in the position thereof folded against the body of the support and said hook is in the retracted position thereof, to a second position in which the hook and said folding ends are extended, allowing the garment to be hung when a pulling force is applied to the hook of the device previously arranged in the garment. The invention also relates to a collared garment, folded with the sleeves folded over the body of the garment, including a device in accordance with the invention previously arranged in the collar.
