[Solution] This model car 1 comprises an attachment member 8 for holding a polishing film 8d, a holding member 7 for rotatably holding the attachment member 8, and an eccentric mechanism 9 capable of eccentrically moving the attachment member 8. The eccentric mechanism 9 passes through a floor plate 10 of the model car 1 and is held on the floor plate 10 so as to be vertically movable. Consequently, the model car 1 is configured so as to not bear the weight of any of the attachment member 8, the holding member 7, and the eccentric mechanism 9 in a state in which the polishing film 8d is in contact with the surface of model rails 2, and can be self-propelled.
