The present invention relates to a functional shoe for diabetic patients, which includes an insole contacting the user's toes and an outsole contacting the ground. More specifically, the disclosed shoe comprises: partitions which separate the toes and are formed in front of the upper surface of the insole where the toes may be positioned; a stimulation element which is installed on the upper surface of the insole and applies stimulus to the toes; and a power source supplying microcurrents and low frequency currents to the partitions or the stimulation element. Since a space is formed between the toes through the partitions, air permeation between the toes is accelerated and the toes can be maintained in a clean state. Additionally, microcurrents and low frequency currents are generated by electric energy supplied from a battery in an electric generator and the currents are transmitted to the sole of the foot through the stimulation element. Thus, smooth blood circulation is enabled and discharge of waste products is accelerated. Accordingly, stimulus improving circulatory disorders which is helpful to the human body can be delivered through a nerve.
