The turbine creates a suction air flow in a loading duct (9) connected to the loading opening (8) during a suction-assisted clothes loading operation, and moves the clothes loaded inside the drum (1) away from the air outlets (6) and/or for temporarily provides an auxiliary air exit in communication with the suction turbine (5) during suction-assisted clothes loading to assure enough suction air flow for that purpose.

TUMBLE DRYER WITH A SUCTION-ASSISTED LOADING DEVICE
The tumble dryer comprises a rotary drum (1), a suction turbine (5) in communication with air inlets and outlets (3, 6) at opposite ends of the drum to create an axial drying air flow, and an unloading door (7) with a loading opening (8) formed therein. It includes means so that the turbine creates a suction air flow in a loading duct (9) connected to the loading opening (8) during a suction-assisted clothes loading operation, and means for moving the clothes loaded inside the drum (1) away from the air outlets (6) and/or for temporarily providing an auxiliary air exit in communication with the suction turbine (5) during suction-assisted clothes loading to assure enough suction air flow for that purpose.

The dryer comprises a cabinet (1) with a loading door (2) and an unloading door (3), on opposite sides thereof, and a drum (4) arranged inside the cabinet (1) so as to rotate with respect to a horizontal or inclined geometric axis (E). The drum (4) has a wall (5) that revolves about the axis (E) and opposing end openings (5a, 5b) facing the loading and unloading doors (2, 3). The invention also includes air-circulation means comprising an air inlet (8) opposite one of the end openings (5a, 5b) of the drum (4) and an air outlet (9) adjacent to the other end opening (5a, 5b) in order to create an axial flow of drying air inside the drum (4), from one end thereof to the other, through the clothing tumbling therein.
The industrial laundry drier comprises a housing (1) enclosing a drum (2) for containing clothes to be dried by means of drying air introduced therein, a vacuum chamber (3) for extracting drying air from the drum (2), and a filter device (4) arranged inside the vacuum chamber (3). The filter device (4) comprises a filtering element (5), means for removal of fluff from said filtering element (5), and a storage compartment (6) for collecting the removed fluff. The housing (1) has an opening (7) connected to the storage compartment (6) and designed to receive a suction nozzle (8a) of an external suction device (8) for removing by means of suction the fluff from the storage compartment (6) without the need for removal of the filtering element (5) or access thereto.

The method comprises impregnation (M) with a quantity (A) of liquid using multiple spraying steps (A1, A2,..., An) in which the liquid is sprayed onto the laundry load while the drum rotates at an average rotation speed (V2) sufficient to keep the laundry load stationary in relation to the rotating drum, but insufficient to extract liquid from the laundry load by means of the generated centrifugal force, and, between every two spraying steps, a step in which the laundry load is turned over at a low rotation speed (V1) below 1 G. In addition, after impregnation (M), centrifugation (N) is performed at a high rotation speed (V3).
