The invention relates to a hair clip (1) comprising two antagonistic parts (2) that are interconnected with a pivoting movement along an axis, and a torsion spring (4) comprising a winding and two end limbs, said antagonistic parts (2) forming hair gripping parts on one side of said axis, and actuating parts on the other side of said axis, said actuating parts to be pressed one against the other in order to separate the hair gripping parts. According to the invention, each antagonistic part (2) comprises, on its outer face, a means (6) for mounting an ornamental part (5), and a tube passing through the antagonistic part (2) from its inner face to its outer face, up to said mounting means (6), said tube enabling said limbs of the spring (4) to pass through the antagonistic parts (2) up to said mounting means (6).
