The present invention provides a sludge collector comprising: a movable member (10) for scraping sludge (6) on the bottom of a settling tank (1) while being reciprocatively moved along a pair of rails (3) and (4) installed at the front side and the rear side of the inner peripheral surfaces of opposite side walls of the settling tank (1), having both ends coupled to the pair of rails (3) and (4) to be reciprocatively movable in the front-rear direction and extending in the left-right direction, and having a rear surface on which a hinge shaft (11) is disposed in the left-right direction; a scraper (20) having an upper end rotatably coupled to the hinge shape (11) of the movable member (10) and extending in the left-right direction, thereby scraping the sludge (6) on the bottom of the settling tank (1); a stopper (12) extending from the lower end of the movable member (10) to a portion lower than the hinge shaft (11), thereby restraining rotation of the scraper (20) toward the front side; and a driving means (30) configured by a driving motor (40), a first drum and a second drum (50) and (51) drivably connected to the driving motor (40) and rotated, a first wire (60) wound/unwound around/from the first drum (50) by the driving of the driving motor (40) and having an end coupled to the front surface of the scraper (20), and a second wire (61) wound/unwound around/from the second drum (51) and having an end coupled to the rear surface of the scraper (20).
