The invention relates to a toy spinner, and more particularly, relates to a bouncing fidget spinner (1). A center cap (2) of the fidget spinner (1) is provided with a bouncing component (3). A side of the center cap (2) provided with the bouncing component (3) is raised. When a user spins the fidget spinner (1), tilts the same at an angle, and tosses the same in the direction of a rotary shaft, axial stability generated by rotation of the fidget spinner (1) enables the fidget spinner (1) to bounce in a direction close to the rotary shaft direction in which the fidget spinner (1) was tossed, said bouncing direction being different from that in which an elastic object normally rebounds when falling to the ground at an angle.
