The appropriate addition of the enzyme granule for soap of the present invention in a face cleansing soap may remove excess dead skin cells and improve the oil control and cleaning capabilities of the facial cleansing soap, while also maintaining the high activity of the enzymes during the preparation of the soap by using a method of multi-layer coating; in addition, a manner of separate core manufacturing solves the problems wherein storage time is short and the enzyme activity of enzymes reduces quickly; by means of the cooperation of various enzymes, the present invention may enhance the functions of oil control, whitening, exfoliation and so on of the facial cleansing soap, while natural materials cause little skin irritation, do no pollute the environment and do not increase the alkalinity of the product.
