The method specifically comprises the following steps: step S1: removing impurities, and changing the two ends of a basalt fiber from a cluster shape into a split shape; step S2: drying the basalt fibers, which have been subjected to impurity removal, to a constant weight, and cooling same to room temperature; step S3: placing the basalt fibers obtained in step S2 in a stirring pot for stirring, such that the two ends of a basalt fiber are provided with static electricity; and step S4: subjecting the basalt fibers having static electricity at two ends to a centrifugal treatment, such that the basalt fibers are dispersed. According to the present invention, when the basalt fibers are dispersed, chemical reagents are no longer used to change the potential energy of the fibers, such that the influence of the chemical reagents on human health during the dispersing process is effectively avoided; in addition, the chemical pollution caused by the chemical reagents is also avoided.
