The present invention relates to an automatic bobbin supply apparatus and, more particularly, to an automatic bobbin supply apparatus which automatically withdraws bobbins one by one from a bobbin cartridge loaded with the bobbins and mounts the bobbins to a hook. To this end, the automatic bobbin supply apparatus of the present invention comprises: a bobbin cartridge for accommodating at least two bobbin cases loaded with the bobbin; a bobbin cartridge holder for fixedly installing the bobbin cartridge to a hook base of a sewing machine with a hook formed therein; and a cylinder for mounting the bobbin case accommodated in the bobbin cartridge to the hook.
