Disclosed is a freezing and shaping machine with a structure comprising a main frame (10), and with a cabinet freezer (17), an evaporator (20) and a conveyor belt (11) arranged on the main frame (10), wherein a feeding port (12) and a discharge port (13) are arranged at a front end and a rear end of the cabinet freezer (17) respectively; an upper and a lower air knife (14, 15) are arranged on an upper and a lower side of the discharge port (13); and fans (31, 32) are arranged on an upper layer of the main frame (10). The fans (31, 32) are used, in addition to being for cooling the evaporator (20), for conveying warm air generated by cooling the evaporator (20) to the upper and lower air knives (14, 15). The upper air knife (14) blows from the top down to form a first warm air wall, and the lower air knife (15) blows from the bottom up to form a second warm air wall, so that warm air blows onto the surfaces of shoes. Consequently, the surfaces of the frozen and shaped shoes are quickly warmed back up, so that the surface temperature of the shoes after being discharged is close to or slightly higher than the environmental temperature. Thus the shoes do not generate condensate (become dampened) due to freezing and shaping, and can be directly packaged, thereby maximally reducing the problem of shoes going mouldy in storage or during transportation.
