The ice maker according to the present invention comprises: an ice making unit for making ice cubes using water; an ice crushing unit for crushing the ice cubes into crushed ice; a transfer unit for transferring the ice cubes or the crushed ice so as to extract the ice cubes or the crushed ice to the outside; and an extraction unit which has a conical shape with a diameter gradually decreasing from the top to the bottom thereof, which has a guide protrusion that forms a spiral shape in the vertical direction along the inner surface of the conical shape, and which rotates and drops the ice cubes or the crushed ice transferred by the transfer unit along the guide protrusion. The ice maker of the present invention may reduce the speed of the ice cubes or the crushed ice being discharging by exhausting the kinetic energy of the ice cubes or the crushed ice being dropped at a high speed.
