Present invention relates generally to the field of constructive materials production, precisely to a method for preparing a composite composition to be used as a construction material. The composition is based on a waste of polyvinylchloride (PVC) production and a fly ash, another waste, industrially produced during coal combustion at thermal power plants. In addition it includes modifying agents. The process of the composition preparation comprises two stages. First, polyvinylchloride wastes and modifying agents are mixed together. Then, fly ash is added and the mixture is mixing until uniformity. Further, the whole composition containing polyvinylchloride wastes, fly ash, and modifying agents (thermal and light stabilizer, plastic flow modifier, lubricant and impact modifier) is extruded and cooled. The properties of the composition, namely, lower water absorption, improved impact flexibility and higher fire resistance, are available because of a new structure formation where polymeric binder covers the fly ash particles providing adhesion between the components.
