The present invention discloses an apparatus for supplying warm water to a warm water mat. The present invention enables a check valve for opening a water inlet to close the water inlet by the expansion pressure produced in a heating part, so that the water heated by the heating part can be smoothly supplied to the warm water mat, thereby improving heat efficiency, and an occurrence of an instantaneous pressure greater than the expansion pressure of the heating part causes a pressure release outlet to be opened to release the instantaneous pressure to a water storage tank in order to prevent the warm water mat and warm water supplying apparatus from fracture as well as to properly discharge the bubbles generated in the heating part to the water storage tank, thus improving heat efficiency.
