A portable nail polish removing tool, comprising a nail polish removing sleeve (1) capable of being sleeved on a finger, and a replaceable permeable fiber substrate (2) moistened with a solvent or a nutritional agent. The nail polish removing sleeve (1) is sized to match the size of the finger; one end of the nail polish removing sleeve (1) is provided with a finger insertion hole (101) for the finger to insert therein, and the other end is closed; the side wall of the nail polish removing sleeve (1) is provided with a side opening thereon and is hinged with a side cover (102) capable of sealing the side opening; when the side cover (102) is opened, the permeable fiber substrate (2) is correspondingly mounted at the substrate mounting position (102-1) on the side cover (102); an elastomer (3) for compressing the finger against the permeable fiber substrate (2) is correspondingly provided on the side of the nail polish removing sleeve (1) relative to the substrate mounting position (102-1). After the permeable fiber substrate (2) moistened with a solvent or a nutritional agent is mounted at the substrate mounting position (102-1), the finger is directly inserted into the nail polish removing sleeve (1) to allow the fingernail to fully contact the permeable fiber substrate (2) for a period of time, and the nail polish removing tool is then removed, completing the nail polish cleaning.
