The present invention employs a pre-buried vadose water pipe in combination with a water-leveling communication pipe to achieve a replenishment effect with respect to groundwater levels at two sides of a structure, thereby mitigating the problem of vadose water being blocked by the structure, and minimizing the impact on water supply in downstream regions. In the invention, upstream vadose water is collected and supplied to downstream regions via a communication pipe, thereby ensuring normal springwater supply in downstream regions.

Disclosed is a blocking and drainage combined treatment method for water leakage at a construction joint of a secondary lining of a tunnel. According to the method, water is blocked by means of an anchor bolt (3) and a rubber waterstop (5), and the water is then naturally drained via a drainage channel (6) and a drainage pipe (9). The method does not change the current structure of the secondary lining (12) of the tunnel and is not very destructive, thereby effectively preventing the cracking of a lining and not influencing the safety and usage of a tunnel. Moreover, the construction steps of the method are simple and have high operability, and a blocking and drainage combined system is formed to realize natural drainage.
