The present invention relates to a ceiling mold device comprising a beam form and a table form for building a ceiling slab, where the beam form and the table form are made of metals and recycled to minimize the production of waste. They sequentially descend by a wire and are then separated before being transferred to a transfer unit; and a ceiling construction method using the device. In the ceiling mold device and the ceiling construction method using the device according to the present invention, the beam and table forms for forming a beam and a slab of a building are made of metallic materials on a large scale to the extent that they are lifted or pulled up by heavy equipment such as a crane, and are then separated and descend from the ceiling slab by means of a wire. Such a simple installation and disassembly process may increase the work efficiency as the construction period is shortened and construction costs are reduced, resulting in improved economical efficiency. In addition, such a wire-aided slow descending motion of the beam form and the table form after being separated from the ceiling slab prevents collisions against a bottom slab, which in turn makes it possible to avoid any damage caused by shock as well as noise pollution. Further, the use of recyclable materials can prevent environmental contamination possibly due to waste disposal.
