The air inlet is in communication with the collision chamber, so that in use the collision causes, air to be mixed with the liquid jet emerging from the outlet of the flow deflecting member, thereby generating a frothed liquid flow. The discharge passage is connected to the collision chamber such that the frothed liquid flow is received by said discharge passage.
