A welding method for a molten salt pipeline in tower-type photothermal power generation in a high-cold area, comprising the following steps: processing V-shaped grooves; sealing pipes and introducing argon gas to the grooves; pairing the two pipes by using an aligning pipe clamp; sealing the V-shaped grooves by using high-temperature tin foil paper; preheating two adjacent sides of the V-shaped grooves; performing backing welding and cosmetic welding by means of manual tungsten argon arc welding, and performing filling by means of manual electric arc welding; using multi-layer and multi-pass welding in a welding process, and controlling the temperature between layers not to be higher than 60℃ in the welding process; polishing each layer by using a polishing sheet; after welding, performing welding joint self-inspection, after self-inspection, heating the welding joint to 875-890℃ at a constant rate, then maintaining the constant temperature for not less than 1.5 hours, and after the maintaining of the constant temperature is completed, naturally cooling the welding joint in the air. The welding method can effectively overcome many welding defects such as incomplete penetration, pores, intergranular corrosion, undercut cracks, etc., generated in the welding process of a molten salt pipeline in a tower-type photothermal project in a high-cold area.
