ANTI-BACKFLOW PREMIXING DEVICE AND FUEL GAS WATER HEATER
Disclosed are an anti-backflow premixing device and a fuel gas water heater, where the anti-backflow premixing device comprises: a casing body, a premixing cavity is provided in the casing body, and the premixing cavity comprises a gas outlet pathway; a baffle, the baffle is connected in the casing body, the baffle has a first position and a second position, the baffle can continuously move between the first position and the second position, the baffle obstructs the gas outlet pathway of the premixing cavity when at the first position, and the gas outlet pathway gradually opens when the baffle is moved from the first position to the second position; and a fuel gas passage, the fuel gas passage and the premixing cavity being in communication. By means of adding the baffle in the premixing device, the baffle is utilized in the present invention to completely seal the premixing cavity, greatly increasing product safety. Also, gradual movement of the baffle allows air and fuel gas in the water heater to maintain a stable air/fuel ratio within a preset load interval, achieving stable and complete combustion of fuel gas within the entire water heater.

A gas water heater having a reduced initial cold water flow is provided, comprising a water circulation pump (1), a water pump inlet pipe (2), a water pump outlet pipe (3), a cold water pipe (4), a cold water inlet nozzle (5), a hot water outlet nozzle (6), a heat exchanger (7), a first one-way valve (8), a controller (9), a first water flow rate sensor (10), and a second water flow rate sensor (11). A water-gas linkage valve includes a water valve body assembly (1) with a high pressure water chamber (121), a gas valve body assembly (2), a linkage assembly (3) for connecting the gas valve assembly (2) with the water valve body assembly (1), and a low pressure water chamber (122). A gas outlet (32) is provided in the linkage assembly (3). The low pressure water chamber (122) is connected with the high pressure water chamber (121) by a venturitube (13). The low pressure water chamber (122) is provided in the water valve body assembly (1). A pressure transmission unit is formed when the water valve body assembly (1) is connected with the linkage assembly (3). The pressure transmission unit is isolated from the high pressure water chamber (121) and the low pressure water chamber (122) by a diaphragm (131,132). The linkage assembly (3) is controlled by the water valve body assembly (1) based on the change of the pressure difference between the high pressure water chamber (121) and the low pressure water chamber (122), and then the linkage assembly (3) controls the open and close of the gas in the gas valve body assembly (2). Since the high and low pressure water chambers (121,122) are isolated from the linkage assembly (3) by the diaphragm (131,132), it avoids the water directly touching with the metal parts of the linkage assembly and effectively prevents sediment incrustation and corrosion.
