An opening and closing device for a sunroof, according to the present invention, opens and closes a sunroof provided at an opening as a partially opened part of a vehicle with respect to the opening, and comprises: a supporting unit for supporting the sunroof; a driving unit for driving the supporting unit so as to move the sunroof in the opening or closing direction of the opening; and a guide unit for connecting the supporting unit and the driving unit with each other, guiding a change to one from among an opened position, a closed position, or slanted position of the sunroof with respect to the opening in connection with a movement of the driving unit, and interfering with a driving operation of the driving unit. According to this configuration, the operating accuracy of the sunroof can be enhanced by improving the driving accuracy of the driving unit.
