Disclosed is a temperature adjusting unit (U) comprising a housing (A) having a plurality of heated gas injecting holes (4) formed therein, an ingot (C) housed in the housing (A) and having a gas passage formed therein to extend from a gas inlet port to a gas discharge port, and a heater (7) mounted on the ingot (C) for heating the ingot (C). The gas, which is introduced from the gas inlet port of the ingot (C) into the gas passage, is heated, while passing the gas passage, by the heat exchange with the ingot (C) heated by the heater (7), so that the gas heated by the ingot (C) is released from the heated gas injecting holes (4) of the housing (A).
