A circular opening (15) is provided at a middle portion of the second separator (5). Two ends of a rotating drum (7) are rotatably connected to two side walls of the cleaning chamber (16) via a rotating shaft. The rotating drum and bristles disposed on an inner wall thereof are provided to sufficiently clean an outer shell of a plush toy. A temperature sensor is provided to prevent damage to the plush material caused by an excessive temperature increase during drying from affecting the hand feel of the toy. An ultraviolet germicidal lamp (14) is provided to kill germs on a surface of the plush toy that cannot be removed by cleaning.
