The detachable elastic grid apparatus (11) can be detached from the extruding barrel (5), and can be soaked in water to clean if the detachable elastic grid apparatus (11) cannot be thoroughly cleaned; the detachable elastic grid apparatus (11) can make a gap enlarged under the action of external force, and can make the gap return to be in an original shape after the external force is removed, and therefore, fruit and vegetable marcs can be cleaned easily. The movable valve plate (16) is shut, and an ice cream material enters through the feeding inlet (6); after the ice cream material is pushed and squeezed by the squeezing screw (4), a finished ice cream is discharged from the marc outlet (10), and accordingly, an ice cream with a corresponding shape is produced.
