Abrégé
The invention relates to methods for monitoring the condition of rock-cutting tools. The technical result consists in reducing the cost of operating rock-cutting tools by providing reliable monitoring of the condition of said tools without complicating the design of cutting units. A method comprises: identifying cutting units arranged on a working member; measuring preset parameters, which characterise the condition of rock-cutting tools while in operation, using an instrument unit; and comparing the measured values with critical values. Moreover, instrument units are disposed in a fixed external position relative to the working member. The operating zone of the instruments encompasses the movement trajectories of the cutting units. Cutting units are identified by the difference of the angle of rotation in the current position and original position of the working member.

Abrégé
The invention relates to mining and tunneling equipment for sinking and constructing vertical shafts. The technical result consists in reducing the downtime of the claimed machine for increased productivity and increasing the ease and safety of mining operations. A shaft sinking machine comprises a body having a rotatable base configured with a through window. Fastened to the rotatable base is a rock breaking member that is disposed substantially below the part of the rotatable base not occupied by the through window. A loading member is fastened to the rotatable base on the through window side thereof, said loading member having a breaking arm and a bucket, wherein the rock breaking member and the loading member are configured to be capable of operating simultaneously in operationally independent zones. A hopper is mounted to the wall of the rotatable base on the through window side thereof, said hopper being capable of unloading rock downwards.

Abrégé
The invention relates to the field of mining. The claimed method involves installing a lining at a distance from the shaft bottom not less than the level of theoretical stabilization of the permanent deformation of the rock walls, which is determined by the nature of the change in the deformations of the walls. For this purpose, at a single point directly at the shaft bottom, a reference initial position of a rock wall of the shaft is registered and, as the shaft is sunk to a given level, the deformations of the rock wall relative to its reference initial position are measured, whereupon the nature of the change in the deformations of the walls is determined. The load on the lining is determined according to the current magnitude of deformation at the level of theoretical stabilization of the permanent deformation of the rock walls of the shaft based on the determined nature of the deformation of its walls. The claimed machine includes: a mounting frame for installing a lining; a bottom frame; and a shielding and bracing casing in the form of stop boards, wherein displacement sensors are disposed between one stop board and one or both of the frames and/or between two adjacent stop boards. A control system includes a unit for processing measuring results which generates an ordinate of the level of theoretical stabilization of the permanent deformation of the rock walls from the shaft bottom, and a unit for controlling the mode in which the cross-section of the shaft is worked by a working member. The technical result lies in providing the reliability and safety of mine shaft construction operations.
