ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An apparatus for stuffing ground meat into casing so as to form links. The apparatus has a metering pump for the ground meat, which pump includes an impeller combined with a movable, adjustable vane that controls the volume of meat fed into the stuffing horn for introduction into the casing. The stuffing horn has ribs along its length which ribs make it easier to slip the casing onto the horn and prevent the casing from slipping when the horn is turned to twist the casing and form the links.
