According to an ultrasonic spindle (1000), the front end of a push rod (3) is provided with an electric conduction head (10) and a conductive adapter (13) is provided in a detachable sleeve body (4). When the conductive adapter (13) needs to be repaired or replaced, the sleeve body (4) needs to be disassembled only to separately repair or replace the conductive adapter (13), and then the sleeve body (4) is mounted on the push rod (3). The operation is simple and convenient. Electric wires are connected to the electric conduction head (10), and therefore, repeated disassembly and assembly can be implemented without being affected by the electric wires, thereby effectively reducing the maintenance costs of the ultrasonic spindle (1000). In addition, according to the ultrasonic spindle (1000), an electrical connector (19) is provided at the rear end of a knife handle body (16) and the conductive adapter (13) is provided in the sleeve body (4), so that the contact electrical connection part between an ultrasonic knife handle and a rotating shaft (3) is located in the ultrasonic knife handle or the rotating shaft (3) rather than being exposed at a gap between the ultrasonic knife handle and the rotating shaft (3), thereby avoiding electric leakage, and eliminating potential safety hazards.
