The present invention pertains to a method for capturing carbon dioxide through semi-dry carbonation. More specifically, the present invention pertains to a method for capturing carbon dioxide, the method comprising the steps of: (a) hydrating fuel by-products; (b) performing carbonation by introducing a carbon dioxide-containing gas; and (c) drying the compound prepared in step (b), wherein steps (a) and (b) are carried out in the same reactor. The present invention can reduce greenhouse gas emissions by using fuel by-products and exhaust gases as raw materials, and can achieve process simplification by carrying out hydration and carbonation in the same reactor, and thus can significantly save process time, cost, and the like.

An SCR catalyst for removing nitrogen oxides comprises: a carrier prepared from a support in which Ti-PILC is mixed with titania (TiO2); and a catalyst material on the carrier, wherein the catalyst material may contain an active material of a vanadium (V2O5) component and a cocatalyst of a tungsten (W03) component. On the basis of the total weight of the catalyst, the support Ti-PILC may be contained at 0.01-40 wt%, and the support titania (TiO2) may be contained at 50-90 wt%. In addition, a method for producing an SCR catalyst for removing nitrogen oxides comprises the steps of: preparing a carrier by using a support in which Ti-PILC is mixed with titania (TiO2); and supporting a catalyst material on the carrier. Therefore, the present invention can provide: an SCR catalyst for removing nitrogen oxides, which has an excellent nitrogen oxide removing performance and a high producing convenience; and a method for producing the same.
