The aqueous antimicrobial composition includes an antimicrobial agent which is a combination of quaternary ammonium salts, a combination of surfactants which is at least one polyoxyalkylene surfactant, a fragrance, water, and at least one of a glycol solvent, a conditioner, a shine enhancer, a moisturizer, and UV protectant. The system also includes a dispense container (10) which is adapted to retain the antimicrobial composition within the container (10) and instructions (16) attached to the dispenser. The instructions (16) include directions to apply the antimicrobial composition to an automotive surface.
